In the autumn of 2173, world energy tensions intensified. Except for China and a few superpowers at the forefront of scientific and technological development, which are still abundant in energy, some island countries, led by Japan, are on the verge of embarking on the path of "bandit-style" plunder due to energy shortages. The Japanese country itself, not only failed to curb its ambitions, but secretly coveted greater interests - while it was plotting to provoke a new world war, it was also looking for opportunities to incite civil strife in other major countries, trying to profit from the chaos.
