I am a history buff, especially the Tang Dynasty. I'm fascinated by its confidence, its tolerance, and its energy of "no fear of anything." The emperors, poets, generals, palace maids, and even an unknown commoner there seemed to live very energetic lives, full of stories. I thought, how interesting it would be if I could take those steamy days out of the archives and let everyone take a look.
Because I especially liked the way Teacher Mingyue taught history. It was like chatting with an old friend. It made people unable to put down the book after picking it up. So I boldly imitated him and wanted to see if I could have a heart-to-heart chat with you. Sometimes when I write about a rise, such as the flash of a sword, I can't help but think of Mr. Gu Long's brushwork, which is clean and crisp, like a freehand brushwork. So, in this book, you may read something like this from time to time. Of course I have to add that this is my personal attempt and tribute. With my little ability, I am not even qualified to carry shoes for Teacher Mingyue, let alone Mr. Gu Long. I have to explain this clearly in advance.
I tried my best to tell the story accurately and beautifully. But after all, the Tang Dynasty has been away from us for more than a thousand years. No matter how many books I read and how much information I check, there will inevitably be omissions and even personal understandings that are not very good. If you find something wrong, or if you think "Is there another way to say this?", Please don't be polite. Shout out and point it out to me. I'll thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Because our goal is the same, which is to make that great era clearer in the eyes and hearts of more people.
Why is it so full of martial arts flavor? ?
