The people's hearts are clear, the laws of nature are brilliant, and all the mechanisms are exhausted, but they can't survive in the dark. The "Three Dynasties Essentials" passed through the Chongzhen Dynasty, was burned by the Donglin Party, and was later listed as a banned book and burned by the Manchu Qing Dynasty. Fortunately, it was preserved intact by the people. I don't know the earlier version. What I know is that in 2004, it appeared at a Beijing auction. It is now included in the National Library, and only digital photocopies are available for review; because "Three Dynasties Essentials" "Classic" is an important source of materials and information about the origins of many events in the late Ming Dynasty. When I looked at the original text, I felt that the words were rare and the text was obscure. After several searches, I could not find a scholar who had completely translated the whole book, and even quoted very few. Therefore, with the idea of benefiting myself and others, I translated it into vernacular as accurately as possible, and briefly sorted out the context of each volume and case for easy reference by those who need it.
Because the translation and annotation of the Yaodian is the first text version published on the Internet, there is very little information. If there are any omissions or errors, we will correct them after reporting them. We hope to forgive you.
