All beneath heaven is one qi.
All things between heaven and earth are born from qi and move through qi.
What we call power is neither a gift from the gods nor the result of incantations and sorcery. It is simply the perception, command, and fusion of qi. Qi has no shape or substance, yet it runs through all things; it has no form or name, yet it governs life and death. Those who can command qi can move mountains and fill seas; those who can unite qi can wander alongside the Dao.
Thus, the path of cultivation lies not in the complexity of incantations, but in the subtle workings of qi.
Yet the circulation of qi does not depend on innate talent or bloodline, but on one's heart and character. Qi moves with the heart, and virtue bears the course of qi. Those with narrow minds, no matter how exceptional their gifts, will struggle to glimpse the gateway to the highest realms. Those consumed by greed, anger, delusion, and arrogance who force their cultivation will surely fall into the abyss of demonic obstacles. This is no punishment inflicted by divine power, but a natural principle of qi: a polluted heart cannot command pure, numinous qi, and a narrow nature cannot bear its vast, righteous power.
True cultivation, then, is not the cultivation of power, but of the heart that can bear it; it is not the practice of supernatural abilities, but the virtue to wield them.
The essence of this path is that everyone can cultivate, and anyone can attain the Dao. It has nothing to do with noble or humble birth, nor with high or low bloodlines. All that matters is diligence and idleness acquired later in life, and the purity or corruption of one's character. It opens the possibility of the extraordinary to every ordinary life, not as a privilege granted at birth, but as a transformation wrought day by day.
Qi is the root of heaven and earth, the source of life, the foundation of cultivation, and the gateway to the Dao.
All beneath heaven is one qi. All beneath heaven follows one path of cultivation.
