Time-Swapped Lives: Grandma's Comeback

Su Nian is a 28-year-old investment banker who works all year round and keeps her phone on standby 24/7. People call her “a human KPI machine.”

On the day her 80-year-old grandmother suffers a sudden brain hemorrhage, Su Nian rushes back to her hometown. The two of them fall at the threshold of their old home at the same time...

When Su Nian opens her eyes again, she has become her grandmother.

It’s 1965. Her grandmother, Lin Qiaozhen, is still the prettiest girl in the commune, but the whole village is ostracizing her.

Drawing on 28 years of workplace survival skills, Su Nian helps her grandmother in the 1960s fight her way to a better life: she counters false accusations with big-character posters, organizes women to start side businesses, and uses modern accounting knowledge to balance ten years of hopelessly muddled books.
