An object from beyond the stars suddenly attacks Earth, crashing down onto the North American continent.
Contamination spreads, and fog blankets the land. Infected ferocious beasts rampage among humanity, while a strange, nonviral carrier spreads through the blood of all living things.
Some people turn into monsters. Others vanish without a trace, leaving no bones behind.
Only those with special genes can awaken supernatural abilities amid the contamination. For some, dormant traits inherited from their ancestors are triggered; others are born chosen, gaining power out of nowhere.
Yang San is one of them.
With no parents and a mysterious past, he carries supernatural genes he doesn't even know about.
When his abilities awaken, he unexpectedly joins a university class dedicated to training people with supernatural powers. From then on, he sets out to destroy the mutations and protect humanity.
While others rely on grueling training, he relies on a mysterious lottery System.
Not strong enough? Draw!
Abilities too weak? Draw!
Not enough trump cards? Keep drawing!
As he ventures into danger again and again, he gradually discovers that the object from beyond the stars was no accident.
The so-called extraterrestrial object seems to have been deliberately deployed.
And their ultimate mission is to enter the desolate North American continent and uncover a shocking truth powerful enough to turn the world upside down...
