Two male leads | Both pure | Love at first sight | One-on-one
Shi Xun: 29-year-old investment banking hotshot and lunatic CEO | Could be top or bottom (maybe), willingly chooses to lie flat | So rational he goes crazy, but loses his mind when pursuing someone | Cold as a blade to outsiders, a loyal dog at home
Pei Yan: 36-year-old rugged tattoo artist | Single dad raising a child | Old-fashioned straight man, capable of everything around the house | Warmth hidden in everyday life | Treats courtship as “everyday consideration”
The story
Shi Xun, an undefeated investment banking vice president who rules Shanghai's financial world, falls for a straight tattoo artist seven years his senior, a down-to-earth man raising a fourteen-year-old son.
And so begins a daily comedy of an elite CEO awkwardly pursuing a man, while the straight single dad remains completely oblivious.
At work, one word from Shi Xun can determine the fate of billions. But when pursuing someone, he can't even manage a line of romance. All he can do is throw resources at Pei Yan and shower him with attention using investment-banking tactics, leaving Pei Yan utterly confused. “Vice President Shi, what exactly are you trying to do?”
