The Lazy Master: Forced to Save the World Before Retirement

Your disciple Shen Qingxu is of mediocre aptitude, with good-for-nothing spiritual roots. After five hundred years in the sect, his cultivation has only reached the late Golden Core stage, leaving him unfit to shoulder the sect’s responsibilities. Now that I am advanced in years and short on strength, I humbly ask the Sect Master to grant my request to resign as an elder and allow me to retire to the mountains, where I may find a place of scenic beauty and spend my remaining years in peace. Your disciple Shen Qingxu bows his head.
