The modern civilization we pride ourselves on is no more than the ashes of a highly advanced prehistoric civilization. The strange beasts of the Classic of Mountains and Seas, Mayan prophecies, ancient Egyptian scepters, Sanxingdui bronze masks...
These fragments scattered throughout history all point to the same truth:
An ancient civilization far beyond our own once sank into the depths during a cataclysm, buried beneath the deep sea, beyond the reach of humankind.
Stand amid the torrents of history and rekindle the flame of civilization.
With the wisdom of the modern age, break through ancient schemes;
With the honor of the martial world, rally heroes from every corner.
From commoner to emperor, from settling scores to caring for all under Heaven.
Beneath the banner of the Guixu Empire
lies his resolve to give his life for the people.
