Stars Beneath the Sword

Synopsis of *Stars Beneath the Sword* Lu Qingwu has lived for three hundred years. She is the revered senior disciple of the Heavenly Sword Sect and her master’s most prized student. She doesn’t know she is the daughter of the Demon Lord. She doesn’t know that a key to the Demon Realm is sealed inside her. And she has no idea that the person who taught her swordsmanship from childhood, protected her, and whom she secretly depended on for three hundred years had been dead all along. Only on the day her master is attacked does she see a woman in white who looks exactly like her and find a jade slip covered in runes. At last, she touches the truth buried for three hundred years: On that snowy night, she gave up her cultivation and erased her memories, changing from the demoness Shen Qingtong into an ordinary person, Lu Qingwu. Her master concealed everything and guarded her safety for three hundred years. But when her memories return and the key awakens, she discovers that her master is no longer the person he once was. He is a fusion of her father’s remnant soul and her master’s remnant soul. He has loved her for three hundred years and deceived her for three hundred years. And her mother, the woman who looks just like her, has been trapped for three hundred years while protecting the Demon Realm, waiting for her daughter to reclaim the Dao Heart she left behind and fulfill her unfinished mission. Ahead lies the Seven Sects Grand Tournament, with those coveting the key watching like hawks. Behind her lie three hundred years of lies, and the people who love her are leaving one by one. The key inside her is awakening, and the gate to the Demon Realm is about to open. Lu Qingwu grips her sword and walks into a fate destined to be faced alone. She wants to know: when the whole truth comes to light, is the person who stayed by her side for three hundred years her master, her father, or a stranger she never truly knew?
