"Winning Life" tells the story of Shen Xian, the third young master of the town government, who is forced to run a business in order to have a peaceful life, but he repeatedly helps the court by accident. It started when he opened a teahouse and invented soap in order to accumulate wealth after time travel, but due to the attention of the emperor's uncle, he was involved in national problems such as salt policy. The main conflict lies in the contradiction between the protagonist's strong will and the times pushing him to solve one crisis after another. The climax follows his "reluctant" inventions, which innovate into ordnance, maritime trade, and even trigger the initial industrial revolution, and finally Daxu enters a prosperous age. In the end, he retired with success.
