The structure of the universe is divided into seven heavens: the Earthly Immortal Realm (mundane world), the Celestial Immortal Realm (immortal spirits), Daluotian (Tao and Fruit), Zixiao Palace (laws), Sea of Chaos (origin), Hongmeng Realm (origin), and the source of stars (ultimate). Parallel to this is a unique "taste practice system": monks need to start from tasting the "basic five flavors" (sour, sweet, bitter, spicy and salty), go through the "complex flavors" (a hundred flavors of life), soar to the "gourmet world" (taste carries the Tao), and finally reach the "taotie sanctuary" and the "origin of taste", pursuing the highest "tasteless realm" - that is, the great way to simplicity, returning to nature. The mainstream of immortality cultivation follows the eight-level realm of "breaking self-attachment, cutting off attachment to Dharma, realizing emptiness, arousing great compassion, cultivating the Six Perfections, attaining Buddha's wisdom, saving all living beings, and returning to true nature." However, ancient ferocious beasts, alien races, and the arbiters of fate who are in charge of the "law of cause and effect" coexist, and the world is full of competition for resources and disputes over orthodoxy. The characteristic is that "taste" is not only a resource for spiritual practice (such as "spiritual meal", "Tao taste fruit"), but also a medium for enlightenment; the point of conflict lies in the eternal confrontation between the iron law of heaven of "irreversible cause and effect" and the rebels who try to change the meaning of history.
