In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, I awakened a trash-picking System and scraped by each day collecting junk.
Until one day, I accidentally found a half-dead man with an ancient inscription carved across his chest: “Supreme Deity, Lord of the Primordial Wilderness.”
The night I nursed him back to health, every deity statue in the wasteland shattered, and the major powers began hunting us down.
When the man awoke, he stared coldly at our pursuers. “You dare lay a hand on my wife?”
In the next instant, heaven and earth cracked, and every god bowed.
But when he turned to me, his gaze softened at once. “Wifey, it’s time to go home and inherit your divine throne.”
That was when I learned the man I’d picked up on a whim ruled all the worlds.
And I was the Creator Goddess who had fallen a century ago.
