Great Sage! Don't Wear That Headband!

Chu He transmigrates into Journey to the West and activates the Journey to the West Roadblock System. Only by successfully stopping Tang Sanzang and his disciples from making their pilgrimage to the West can he return to his original world.

He thought all he had to do was cling to the System, and immortal artifacts, divine beasts, and cultivation would all be his for the taking...

But it turns out that completing the System's missions only earns him an identity card...

And so:

The White Bone Spirit finds the first love she lost years ago...

Zhen Yuanzi finds the big brother who cared for him before he attained the Dao...

The Bull Demon King finds his son, and Red Boy finds his half-brother...

That monkey finds his junior brother from Fangcun Mountain...

The Journey to the West was originally a script designed through a compromise between Daoism and Buddhism. Most of those who blocked the road were mounts or disciples of the immortals and Buddhas, sent to accumulate merit. They didn't take the job too seriously, since the outcome wouldn't change. The Monkey naturally understood all this, too. If he could get away with doing nothing, he would. In the end, those big shots would take care of everything, and at most, he was just running errands...

But Chu He's arrival changes everything. Like a stone dropped from a great height into a lake, he sends ripples spreading in every direction, driving the conflict between the roadblockers and Tang Sanzang's party to a breaking point and making the clash between Buddhism and Daoism ever more intense. His goal is to make everything spiral out of control...
