The Sun Shines on the Moon

Sunset Black.

During the final battle in the Infinity Castle, Upper Rank One Kokushibo was so horrified by his own appearance that he died.

After death, he was sent to Hell for his grave sins. Michikatsu remained stubborn to the end: he refused reincarnation, refused to admit his guilt, and refused to regret anything.

Just as he was about to spend eternity in Hell without ever being reincarnated,

he was rescued by the person he hated most: “Yoriichi Tsugikuni!”

Worst of all, he was the only one reborn!

Faced with a little bundle of a brother who depended on him all day and called him “big brother,”

Michikatsu’s actions spoke louder than words, and he began raising the child.

But then Yoriichi left home, and Muzan showed up at their door, smiling as he said, “I owe you one, you know.”

Michikatsu was forcibly turned into a six-eyed demon again, while little Yoriichi joined the Demon Slayer Corps with the goal of killing the king of demons, Muzan.

Michikatsu opened his bleary six eyes and yawned. “Well, this isn’t so bad.”

After the sun and moon joined forces, Yoriichi and Michikatsu teamed up to kill Muzan, only to end up in the Taisho era, four hundred years later.

As they helped the next generation of demon slayers defeat Muzan, grown-up Yoriichi’s memories of his past life resurfaced.

The way he looked at Michikatsu changed. He was no longer so cautious, and his words and actions grew increasingly reckless!

The once stoic, guileless Yoriichi became a beast. Though he still treated his elder brother with respect, the things he said were utterly outrageous!

Michikatsu: “Get lost…”

He couldn’t help wondering: Where had the once sweet and obedient Yoriichi gone?

The story is a mix of sweetness and angst, with a secondary couple. It’s a tale of love and hate.

Basically, poor Muzan just keeps getting hunted down.
