What’s It Like to Date a Top Student?

[Immersive romance + all-around perfect boyfriend]

I'm at Jing University, and I just left the art studio. When it comes to “what it's like to date a top student,” I probably have the most experience.

My boyfriend is a legendary finance major who seems to glow wherever he goes. Ever since we got together, my life has changed completely.

Failed calculus? He handwrites eighty pages of notes, explaining everything even more clearly than the professor.

Want to enter a design competition? He puts together a market research report in three days that's as good as one from a publicly listed company.

Even when I want to lose weight, he comes up with a perfect plan covering my metabolic rate, calorie deficit, and target heart rate during exercise.

Sometimes I even wonder if I found a boyfriend or an all-purpose AI assistant.

Of course, this “AI assistant” does have its moments when he crashes.

Like when he gets jealous all day because I talked a little too long with a male model at the art studio; when he panics and makes a pot of strangely colored brown sugar ginger tea when I'm on my period; or when he gets even more excited than I do after I win an award, hugging me and grinning like a fool.

That's when I realize that beneath his “academic god” aura, he's just a boy who loves me so much he can be a little awkward. He taught me that the best kind of love is when you're being silly and he's smiling, when you admire him like a hero and he spoils you like a child.

Want to know just how hardcore a top student's love confession can be? Want to see how bizarre a gift from a STEM guy can get? Want to experience the ultimate sense of security that comes from “you just have to look beautiful, and he'll handle all the math and science”? Come on, open my love diary. With 3.5 million words of romance to keep you going, it'll have you grinning from ear to ear and melting from all the sweetness!
