Synopsis

(This is my first time writing a book, and my writing is terrible, so please go easy on me.) (It leans more toward comedy.) (I came up with this book purely because I got way too obsessed with playing Onmyoji.)

Yan Qingkun is a veteran player of both Onmyoji and Onmyoji Arena. One day, after grinding away at Onmyoji, he logged on to claim a reward from his Shikigami's daycare, only to discover that the game had suddenly disappeared.

The next day, during a school field trip to the mountains, he fell asleep on the bus and dreamed of the creator god Izanagi, who told him he had to save the world.

As a good young man who had received nine years of compulsory education, how could he possibly believe such nonsense? But after arriving in the mountains, a man-eating monster appeared out of nowhere, leaving him no choice but to believe Izanagi.

After narrowly escaping death and successfully taming Shuten Doji as his Shikigami, Yan Qingkun became an ordinary employee of the Onmyodo Bureau.

And so an Onmyoji squad was born, made up of a seemingly serious but hopelessly lazy prodigy, a tsundere, sharp-tongued honor student, and Lele, a happy-go-lucky airhead. The whole team is a bunch of newbies, and some of them haven't even graduated high school.

Yan Qingkun initially thought his life would simply become a little more challenging, but what happened next far exceeded his expectations.

What do you mean, Dark Seimei opened the Gate to the Underworld?

Otakemaru actually wiped out Japan!

The entire western United States has become a realm of ghosts, while Asura and Taishakuten vie for control of the Americas!

Yamata no Orochi is holding an End Times trial in Chang'an!

Izanami has emerged from the Holy City!

Taira no Masakado is bringing the Namazu to establish a land of eternal life in the mortal world!

Yan Qingkun: Are you kidding me?!

I’m Really Curious Why New Authors’ Stories Don’t Get Popular

Looking for stories similar to The Hidden Immortal Venerable: Bringing a Cat and a Pocket Dimension to Blow Up Another World. This topic comes from a frustrated author who's been working hard to update and promote their book, but still hasn't seen any improvement in its stats or earned a single cent. So I'd like to ask everyone for advice.
