Notes on Bone Purification

After the nuclear war in the 30th century, the world became a radioactive wasteland. The protagonist accidentally becomes a rotten corpse that retains self-awareness. He reluctantly removes the rotten flesh from his body and turns into a conscious skeleton, using pain to prove that he is still human. He walked alone in the desolate apocalypse, rescued a US military team, met a female sergeant, and encountered a mysterious priest who frightened him. With a body of bones, he embarks on a lonely and dangerous apocalyptic survival among mutated monsters, strange natural enemies and persistence of humanity.
