The Beauty's Guide to Winning Him Over: My Boyfriend Is So Easy to Flirt With

Su Wang’s motto in life: If something’s beautiful, seize it at once. Like Chen Yu, the clean-cut guy at the next desk who’s as plain as water.

He’s an ordinary guy who could disappear in a crowd: a monthly salary of 5,000 yuan, a shabby old rental, relatives who call him “a loser,” and blind dates that always get stuck on “Do you own a home?” She’s a gorgeous, flamboyant director, top-tier looks and a line of admirers stretching all the way to France, yet she’s gone into full-on, unhinged pursuit mode just for him:

Cornering him in the elevator to hand him milk tea, publicly declaring on social media, “This is my boyfriend,” and pinning him against the wall in front of everyone to claim him: “Chen Yu, I like you. No refusals.”

Chen Yu is baffled. What does she see in me? That I can fix the printer? Or that I’ll eat street food with her? Then he sees her quietly shield him from workplace harassment, cook him a bowl of hot porridge when he can’t sleep, and tell him when he feels inferior, “I’m not after your money. I just want you to feel secure...”

It turns out the best kind of love isn’t “a prince rescuing a princess.” It’s “a beautiful woman saying: Even an ordinary guy like you deserves to be cherished.”

Expect hilarious scenes of a woman pursuing a man, sweet everyday moments that turn gender roles on their head, and a gentle take on real-life anxieties.

There’s no rags-to-riches story here, just two ordinary people learning to cast off their burdens and love each other, awkwardly but sincerely.
