Jiang Yao accidentally traveled back to the 1970s and took care of her family's elders alone. In order to make ends meet, she planned to return to her old business of "financing" to gain income, but she was stopped by her "sacrificed" husband Qin Mu during the move. Qin Mu has the ability to read minds and can understand all Jiang Yao's thoughts, and the two start a ridiculous cohabitation life. During this period, they encountered many twists and turns, including facing repeated provocations from Lin Shu, who admired Qin Mu and was deeply scheming, and exposing the conspiracy of Lu Zhiwei, who was disguised as a Confucian businessman but was actually his enemy.

Men have no sense of boundaries. Hate
Just talking about the scene where the female protagonist sacrificed her life for upholding the country's righteousness is enough to wash away all her previous experiences in vain [laughing] No wonder people always said in the past that no matter how messed up a person is in the first half of his life... As long as he sticks to his heart and defends his last piece of pure land for the righteousness in his heart, he is a good comrade [face covering]
