The protagonist discovers that he is trapped in a testing ground created by “them.” Each trial is triggered by “unstable lighting,” and “their” goal is to select humans “worthy of replacement.” Every time he survives the flickering lights, he gets closer to the truth of this world, and the mystery of his own identity.
