You Shulang: Formerly a key researcher at a pharmaceutical factory, he is now the founder of the public welfare foundation “Karma Medical.” Cool and self-possessed, he is gentle on the outside but strong within. For three years, he thought he had tamed the beast, only to discover that he was the caged bird. Fan Xiao’s obedience was too perfect, like a sacrifice, or the purification ritual before one.
Fan Xiao: On the surface, he is a fallen young master with a broken leg, repenting for his sins. In secret, he is gathering his former followers in Thailand. He is waiting for an answer: once You Shulang has fallen completely in love with the kneeling Fan Xiao, will he still forgive the demon who stands back up?
Fan Qing: Fan Xiao’s long-lost twin brother, held captive by his enemies for years and covered in Buddhist scripture tattoos. He was the one who truly took a blade for You Shulang back then, but was mistaken for Fan Xiao.
I feel like I can't let my breath out, but it's pretty, but a bit short.
