Yu Shuo's life had been like a cup of lukewarm water: orderly and uneventful, until Ji Yuzhou barged into it like a breeze scented with milk candies.
Their story has no earth-shattering twists, only evenings spent squeezed together on the same sofa watching old movies, mornings spent haggling over a bunch of greens at the market, and the little night-light in the entryway that is always on when one of them comes home late from work.
Ji Yuzhou irons Yu Shuo's rumpled shirts until they are smooth, and Yu Shuo remembers to tuck Ji Yuzhou's favorite strawberry gummies into his schoolbag. Their days slowly ferment amid the little routines of meals and chores. It turns out the most moving kind of romance is never a grand confession, but simply “I'm here”; a morning “You're awake”; a late-night “I'll wait for you”; and every ordinary day they share for the rest of their lives.
Very nice and interesting
