In the icy depths of space, there once was a gentle planet called Lavi. When the flames of destruction consumed her home, a girl named Dinas was saved from despair by the legendary warrior Ultraman Dyna. Inheriting the power of light, she transformed into a giant marked with purple patterns. From then on, bearing both her pain and her mission, she wandered alone among the stars, hunting the enemy who spread destruction.
Meanwhile, an ordinary morning on Earth was shattered when disaster struck. Amid the ruins and flames, young Senbei shop worker Asumi Kanata was driven to the brink while trying to protect others. At that very moment, Dinas, who had come to Earth in pursuit of her quarry, was on the verge of vanishing as she fought the terrifying Galaxy Emperor Beast. With her life nearly over, she gathered her entire existence, her power of light, memories, and unfulfilled hopes, into a shining card.
“Live on, with my light.”
Using the card, Kanata transformed into Ultraman Decker for the first time. He inherited Dinas's fight, but knew nothing of her sacrifice. Then fate brought Dinas, her strength spent, back before him in human form: an alien girl with knee-length purple hair and crystal-clear eyes, wary of the world yet clumsily trying to understand everything.
Their story began amid misunderstandings and awkward attempts to connect.
