The Wings of Barossa

[Post-Apocalypse] [Humanity] [Not Wish Fulfillment]

The wasteland of the apocalypse, where beasts roam unchecked.

The world's population has dwindled to one-thousandth of what it once was.

While others pray to the gods for salvation, I rely on the wings granted by a god to embark on the path of building a new order...

What is a "god"?

A product of genetic modification?

An ethereal spiritual refuge?

Neither. It is the humanity that remains after one has transformed oneself.

This is also a story about "what it means to live."
