Fleeing Famine in a Year of Disaster: Six Months Pregnant with a Space Full of Grain

[Pocket-dimension farming + fleeing with a child + surviving natural disasters + rural life + general’s wife + reunion after lost memories]

Jiang Sijin woke from two hazy nightmares and realized she had transmigrated. She was lying in a leaky farmhouse made of earthen bricks, having been rescued from the Xinghua River by the Jiang family.

It had rained for months, and the Xinghua River was rising dangerously. Xinghua Village was on the brink of disaster. She had brought with her a 200-square-meter pocket dimension that she’d possessed even before transmigrating, the only hope in their desperate situation. After the flood engulfed the village, she resolutely led the Jiang family’s elderly and children onto the road to flee. Along the way, she unexpectedly discovered she was pregnant. A scene from her dream, in which she had been entangled with a man in black, suddenly flashed through her mind. Could this child have been conceived then?

A cold-faced general they met along the way stirred a familiar feeling in her with his features, but their encounter was only a brief crossing of paths.

After a long, turbulent journey, she finally settled at the border. The great general stationed there turned out to bear an ever-closer resemblance to the figure from her dreams. After several encounters, the truth of the past came to light. She reclaimed her place as the general’s wife, gave birth to her child, and reunited with her family.
