I Thought This Was About Revenge, So How Did We End Up Kissing?

[Two Male Leads + Reunited After a Breakup + Older Top] [Refined, cane-wielding older top + Stubborn, painfully conflicted younger bottom] Ten years ago, a kidnapping swept through the Lu family. The family's two children, Lin Muy u and Lu Jingyun, were abducted. The kidnappers forced Lu Jingming to choose between them. He chose Lu Jingyun, who had been frail since childhood. By the time he rushed back, Lin Muy u had vanished inside an abandoned factory. They would be apart for ten whole years. When they met again, Lin Muy u pretended not to know him. “Sir, do we know each other?” “My name isn't Lin Muy u. I'm Lin Mo.” “Lu Jingming, let's never meet again.” Every word from Lin Muy u was meant to hurt. Lu Jingming kept backing down, but all he got in return was the discovery that the young man in front of him had been deliberately avoiding him all along. Furious, Lu Jingming slapped Lin Muy u across the face. “You knew I was looking for you all this time?” “Yes, Lu Jingming. I wanted to know if you'd spend your whole life looking for me if I never came back.” “I would.” “Lin Muy u, you'll watch me slowly search myself to death.” ** “Xiaoyu, if being with me makes you miserable, I'll let you go.” “Lu Jingming, I hate you.” “I know.” “But I love you, too.” “I know that, too.” “Lu Jingming, what am I supposed to do?” “I don't want to hate you, but I can't bring myself to love you either.” ** Lin Muy u thought he hated Lu Jingming more than anything. But Lu Jingming had already sacrificed the rest of his life searching for him. He realized he couldn't hate him anymore. The young CEO who had once been so full of swagger now needed a cane just to walk. He hated Lu Jingming, hated that Lu Jingming didn't love only him.
