The Abstract Trainer's Self-Cultivation

[Pokemon] [Dark Rising storyline] [Major AU] [Galgame] [Absurd]

"What! Why did you confess to me out of the blue?"

"That's not how it works in a Galgame!"

"You're supposed to talk to me more and raise my affection level! Give me presents from time to time, then have a special event with me on a special holiday!"

"Then, after some mysterious event that resonates with my heart, confess to me and show me your special CG!"

"Lin Bei! We've already gotten this far! I confessed to you first, what more do you want?"

Looking at Rustboro City Gym Leader Roxanne, her face flushed red as she bowed at a ninety-degree angle and handed him a confession letter, Lin Bei was baffled. He glanced at the panel before him, labeled [Pokemon Conquest System].

"Wait, am I playing a dating game or a Pokemon battle game?"

[Mission: Use your own strength to conquer Rustboro City Gym Leader Roxanne and obtain the Stone Badge.]

[Reward: Absurdity Points +100, one random Pokemon growth boost.]

"There's a mission, the goal is to conquer a beautiful Gym Leader, and there's a reward. This is a Galgame!"

And so, with the System guiding him every step of the way, Jiang Bei continued down the road to absurdity.

"Groudon! Wanna learn to fly?"

"You Team Magma guys are nothing but vermin! I'm Team Rocket! If you have a problem with that, go to the Kanto Region and find my boss, Giovanni!"

"Cynthia? What? You want to confess to me too?"
