I am the first disciple of Patriarch Bodhi and have taught for many years. Until a little monkey seeking immortality came to my door and became the little junior brother I cared about the most. I watched his agility when he first learned Taoism, his unruliness when he became a great sage, his suffering when he was pressed into the Wuzhishan Mountain, and I even watched him go through a farce of seeking scriptures that was full of injustice. When he took off the golden hoop and left the Buddha's kingdom, he was trapped in a heaven and earth net. For the sake of the stubborn monkey who was brought up by one hand, if the sky suppressed him, I would lift the sky; if the Buddha trapped him, I would break the Buddha. The bond in my heart is more important than the road.
