The Three-Year-Old Ancestor Sets Up a Stall, and Her Divine Doctor Uncle Begs for an Appointment

Wealthy family + medical genius + healing the supernatural + contrasting cuteness + lighthearted comedy + doted-on by everyone

Under an overpass.

Three-and-a-half-year-old Su Tang wore a ragged padded jacket she’d found, her nose red from the cold. A torn piece of cardboard lay in front of her: “Medical advice, fortune-telling, ghost-catching. One lollipop per service.”

Passersby mocked her as an unwanted little beggar, until her second uncle, the medical genius hailed as “the Hand of God,” pulled up in a Rolls-Royce and tried to take her home with a dark expression.

“Come home with me! You’re so young and already dabbling in superstition. You’re bringing shame on the Su family!”

But Su Tang clung tightly to a lamppost, her baby voice trembling and close to tears. “I won’t go! There’s a deathly aura around Second Uncle, and there’s a ghost in today’s operating room!”

Her second uncle scoffed.

Two hours later, in the top-tier operating room, the instruments went haywire and a vicious ghost came to claim a life.

Her usually aloof second uncle shouted in despair, “Quick! Go to the overpass and bring our little ancestor back!”

From then on, the Su family’s ways changed completely.

Her third uncle, the king of pop: “Tangtang, my throat’s hoarse. Hurry up and catch that ghost who loves listening to opera!”

Her eldest uncle, the richest man around: “Tangtang, how’s the feng shui on this plot of land? If it’s bad, I won’t buy it!”

Her father, the King of Hell: “Who dares bully my daughter? Bring me the Book of Life and Death. I’ll cross out their names!”
