When ruins fall in love with ruins, will they fall together, or will they see a glimmer of light in each other's cracks?
On the day her parents divorced, 18-year-old Chen Shaoya exiled herself to the "Blues" bar on the edge of the city. In her drunken state, she ran into Liu Jizi's arms with a strange aroma - the freshness of oranges, the calmness of sandalwood, but underneath there was a trace of cold, rust-like smell that could not be washed away.
A wandering soul longing for "home", a broken man who finds it troublesome to even "live".
This encounter was full of inequality from the beginning.
Chen Shaoya approaches awkwardly, building a one-way bridge with daily trivial messages; Liu Jizi distances himself soberly, struggling repeatedly between old entanglements and heavy illnesses. One is obsessed with salvation with "knight's disease", and the other is trapped in the nihilistic desire of "rationalized death".
They are each other's mirrors, reflecting each other's most vulnerable vulnerabilities; or they may be each other's poison, sinking into dependence on the CCP.

I am honored to be the owner of the first book review. The author's description of Liu's state of not being too devoted to people close to her due to childhood reasons is very delicate. The process of Chen slowly opening Liu's heart is also very eye-catching. The words written by the author really made me feel the emotions of Liu and Chen's story. I recommend everyone to read it [laughing] [laughing]
