In the autumn of Tensei 3, Kokkoku, a samurai from Settsu Province, carries his family’s heirloom katana, Yukihashiri, alone to Mount Daijaku, where evil spirits hold sway. At the ghost market on the summit, the resurrected giant demon Daijaku seeks the power of immortality through rakshasa wine, abducting the living to brew blood for his sacrifice. A dying shrine maiden entrusts him with half of a bloodstained amulet, concealing the lingering spirit of Daijaku-giri, the legendary demon-slaying sword from a century ago. When Yukihashiri’s blade reflects a frigid gleam of the same origin as the legend, a destiny of demon slaying spanning a hundred years unfolds beneath the blood moon. Some scheme at every turn for their own gain, while others, driven by the fire in their hearts, disdain intrigue. Bonds are forged amid clashing blades, and friendship endures on the brink of life and death. Yet the calamity of Mount Daijaku is only one corner of the curtain veiling Edo’s shadowy age…
So handsome! It's a very complete universe, but I hope there will be a side story to complete the character of Mr. Cook 🙂
