The Legend of Liangshan: I’d Rather Roam the Rivers and Lakes Than Kneel Before the Court

When Chao Gai attacked Zengtou City, an arrow struck him in the cheek. He should have died on the spot. But after An Daoquan examined him, it turned out the poison on the arrow had been mixed with flour. He would live, though his face swelled up. Clutching his cheek, the still-living Heavenly King Chao pondered: In the original story, I died and Song Jiang took over. Now that I'm alive, will Liangshan still be ruled by the Chao family? Watch as Chao Gai, sporting a swollen face, puts the stronghold in order, attacks Zengtou City a second time, and matches wits with Song Jiang and Wu Yong. The Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King isn't stepping down, so the entire Water Margin will have to be rewritten.
