Wang Xiaomi is a person with almost no presence. At school, neither teachers nor classmates could remember her. At work, neither her boss nor her colleagues could remember her. Even when she died in an accident, Ox-Head and Horse-Face forgot about her.
She drifted around as a spirit, searching for the entrance to the underworld, until she was swept into a whirlpool at sea.
When she got a body, she thought she had successfully been reincarnated. But as time passed, she finally realized something was wrong.
She dreams of exploring the underworld, but her name is missing from the Book of Life and Death. In other words: she’s immortal.
First, she’s kidnapped by the Medicine King Valley when she’s new to the cultivation world. Then a divine sect hunts her down. It turns out that having a hard life is a talent in its own right.
