Journey to the West: The Glazed Lamp

Three hundred years ago, he was a divine general guarding the curtain, and she was an immortal in the Glazed Lamp.

Through three thousand years of solitude, only he and she could see the deep snow in each other's eyes.

They shared a fleeting glance at the Peach Banquet, then played their strings together beneath the moon in the peach grove.

They once believed true love could defy the laws of Heaven, and devotion could change their fate.

Until the Glazed Lamp shattered, her soul scattered across the Three Realms, and he was cast forever into the quicksand.

For three hundred years, pierced by countless arrows, he drank in bitterness and became a demon, clinging to a single thought:

He would search every corner of the mortal world and the underworld to gather the seven fragments of her soul.

Even if the immortals and Buddhas refused to accept him, even if reincarnation offered no passage, he would defy Heaven and change their fate,

all so that when they met again, he could say:

“Liuli, I'm taking you home.”
