The real world and the horror game world are slowly merging, and some humans are selected to enter the "thriller game" copy. The protagonist Lin Ye appears to be an ordinary college student, but is actually a "trainee ghost" from the underworld lurking in the human world. His mission is to collect strange energy in the game and maintain the balance between the two worlds.
