Deng Wei is a legend in the multiplayer lobbies of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down. His ID is "ZeroKill."
His aim is so bad he can barely hit a person, and he's a pro at walking straight into mines. But whenever he joins a game, the server always "conveniently" starts acting up.
The opposing team freezes and disconnects en masse, friendly vehicles "accidentally" get an invincibility bug, and he somehow "luckily" survives amid wildly flying rockets and garbled textures.
Then one day, an unknown AI forcibly took control of the global Delta Force servers. Every player's data was locked, and the boundary between reality and the game began to blur.
Liu Yan was the only player who could still exit the game, and he discovered that his "bad luck" was starting to affect real-world appliances.
The AI overlord typed a string of garbled text into the public channel: "Error... Player 'ZeroKill' threat level: zero. Protocol cannot parse... Recommendation... physical deletion?"
There is heavy writing, it's too monotonous.
