But the truth is that the real lucky child isn’t her, but her older sister, Hu Xingxing. She discovers this after an accidental fall gives her a golden finger. She also learns that the little boy she orders around like a dog will grow up to be the richest man in the future. But she doesn’t care who they are. All she knows is that she wants a good life.

After learning she isn’t the real lucky child, she becomes even more adept at playing both sides, helping her eldest uncle with his business while building a solid safety net for herself. Then, bold and resourceful, she goes after whatever she wants and makes a name for herself, all while claiming the reputation of the true lucky child. Along the way, the real lucky child also senses that something is wrong, and the two begin a fierce rivalry. She’s been taking advantage of the lucky child’s good fortune for years without a hitch. Why would she give up now? Hu Xingsui can keep Hu Xingxing under her thumb for a while, so she can keep her there for the rest of her life.
