Wielding the Lunar Staff: I Forged the Golden Headband in the Investiture of the Gods

Reborn as a jade rabbit spirit in the Age of the Investiture of the Gods, the first thing I did was bite my finger and let my blood claim the Sea-Calming Needle before Sun Wukong was born.

The needle trembled. “Master’s bloodline detected: Great Sage Equal to Heaven, Sun Wukong.”

Worse still, it activated its battle form on the spot.

The Dragon King of the Eastern Sea came charging with his army, and I fled for my life, dragging along this Golden Cudgel that was trying to turn on me.

In this life, I won’t be anyone’s pawn, and I won’t play the part in some tragic love affair.

I’ll use the blood of the lunar realm to tame this primordial world’s most fearsome weapon, and smash open a path to the heavens that belongs to me amid the cataclysm of the Investiture of the Gods, where immortals battle one another.
