I'm an NPC in the Supernatural Action Group

Ye Congxin, a full-time gaming grind mule, was fighting tooth and nail through Kunlun Nightmare in Supernatural Action Team for a hundred million Chanchan Coins when she died on the spot. When she opened her eyes, she had become the game's most useless NPC: a groundhog!

From the start, the horse-headed manager chewed her out for having the worst performance. If she didn't shape up, she'd be strung up and beaten on the farm. Her only hope of survival was relying on the players' memories. Just as she thought she'd spend the rest of her days digging holes and slacking off, the [Supernatural NPC Roleplaying System] suddenly bound itself to her!

“Ding! Newbie mission: Play a groundhog and kill two players. Reward: Gold coins.”

“Ding! New identity unlocked: Play the Ghost Bride and complete the ‘Find the Groom’ storyline. Reward: Ghostly protection + affection buff.”

“Ding! Special mission: Play an ungrateful red panda and drive players away with absurd catchphrases. Reward: Chanchan Coin exchange privileges.” And many more missions.

From then on, Ye Congxin began her daily routine of playing multiple personalities:

As a groundhog, she'd dig holes and play hide-and-seek, then charm her way into the Ghost Bride's protection;

As the Ghost Bride, she'd drift around the map looking for her “groom”;

As an ungrateful red panda, she'd shout absurd catchphrases throughout the instance...
