Shanhai Turmoil, Civilization's Last Line of Defense: Code Name Four Symbols

The seals of the Mountains and Seas have shattered, and exotic beasts have returned to the human world, ranked by disaster level.

Level One beasts slaughter neighborhoods. Level Two beasts destroy cities. Level Three beasts bring chaos to entire nations.

And Level Four exists to end an era.

The Xiangliu's poisonous blood pours down in torrents, melting continental plates. The Kui Niu's war drums thunder, shaking the world's power grids. The Zhulong opens its eyes and brings daylight, then closes them and brings night. Its will is rewriting the laws of the planet.

The Azure Dragon, Vermilion Bird, and Black Tortoise units have all reached their limits. Humanity's only chance of victory is to find the compatible pilot for the ultimate weapon, the White Tiger. But will that person be humanity's savior... or the trigger that resets civilization?

I don't like dragging things out. I hope to finish this short story over winter break.
