The Last Hope Flower

No rebirth, no System, no stockpiling, no powers to plunder, and no female lead. There is a saintly do-gooder, of course, because only the strong can afford to be one. The weak can only serve as fuel at the bottom of society. After meteorites appeared, ordinary people around the world suffered a devastating catastrophe. The nobles built bases and took in civilians as beasts of burden. Some awakened abilities and gained immense power; some could even destroy bases and become their lords. There are all kinds of supernatural abilities, from turning into ghosts and making words come true to blood powers and seven lives... Fights hit hard, and there are also battles of wits.
