Jiang Yi is a physics student at F University who’s used to keeping to himself. One late night, on his way back to the dorm, he finds a strange slip of paper. Its rules act like an invisible curse, dragging him into a deadly game called Rule-Based Horror.
The school is no longer the familiar campus he knows. The dormitory, library, laboratories, old campus, and even the seemingly ordinary classroom buildings have all become horror-game instances full of deadly traps. Every rule conceals a threat, and every hint might be bait leading to his death. The only way to survive is to follow the rules and find their loopholes.
