Mess with Mr. Lu, and There's No Escape

Scheming heroine x domineering CEO | forced possession | stand-in | chasing his wife

The Ruan family went bankrupt, and the adopted daughter, Ruan Rou, became a bargaining chip to pay off their debts. She gave herself to Lu Yunshen, CEO of the Lu Group, and became the Ruan family’s cash cow.

But the Ruan family wasn’t satisfied. While Lu Yunshen was away on a business trip, they set their sights on something else of Ruan Rou’s.

What they didn’t know was that Ruan Rou had even bigger plans! Anyone who crossed her could forget about getting off easy.

*In the eyes of outsiders, Ruan Rou was delicate and soft-spoken. When the biological daughter returned, she was bullied mercilessly. She was like a lump of dough, there for the Ruan family to knead and torment as they pleased.

No one could imagine that she was secretly plotting, step by step, to swallow the Ruan family whole. The 130 million dollars in a Swiss bank was hers for the taking.

Her plans were meticulous and her acting superb. The one thing she never expected was that her pawn, Lu Yunshen, would fall in love with her!

Ruan Rou: Mr. Lu, I’m Shen Hehe. You’ve got the wrong person.

Ruan Rou: Mr. Lu, I’m your buddy’s girlfriend.

Ruan Rou: Lu Yunshen, I’m your cousin. Keep it in check!

Late at night, Lu Yunshen whispered in Ruan Rou’s ear, “I told you, you can’t escape!”

At the wedding, the supporting female character spoke up for Ruan Rou. “Do you love Lu Yunshen? It must be hard to marry him when you don’t love him.”

Ruan Rou blinked. “Silly, I don’t just love people, I love money too! Besides, he’s handsome, rich, and good in bed.”

Supporting female character: ...

Ruan Rou: Play hard to get, and there’s no escape, even with wings.
