Four Years Pretending to Be Mute: Jiang Yan, You've Got the Wrong Person

When his first love returned from abroad, he turned his back on her and got engaged to the woman he had always loved. At the wedding, she hid her pregnant belly beneath her bridesmaid's dress, but he slapped her in front of everyone. "A deaf, mute, fat girl... she's just unpleasant to look at."

That day, a fire broke out. He carried his beloved out of the flames, and she left him not even a handful of ashes.

After that, he went mad, scouring the world for women who looked like her.

Six years later, she saw Jiang Yan again.

The little mute, the little deaf girl, had become a sharp-tongued sign-language lawyer.

And the fat girl had slimmed down into a stunning beauty.

He didn't recognize her. He had no idea she had pretended to be deaf and mute for four years.

He also didn't know she had borne his child.
