The story takes place in the Jiuzhou Continent, where the machinations of temples and the heroes of the world coexist. Xiao Wuyou was originally a young man in the city, but he went into danger because his family was framed by evil forces. They met Duan Tianxing and Bai Zhi, and there were lots of jokes and turmoil along the way. The three of them wandered around the world, getting involved in court battles, sect disputes and conspiracies, showing growth and justice in humor. In the end, Xiao Wuyou uncovered Qin Han's conspiracy, avenged his family and redeemed himself. The structure of the four volumes echoes each other, the story rhythm is compact, both independent and echoing, with climaxes one after another, and finally reaches the finale.
