Bai Ye is an outer disciple of the Beast Control Sect. He is naturally "friendly with monsters" but cannot contract with high-level monsters (due to his fragile meridians). Once, he picked up an injured "snow fox cub" (a first-order monster) in the back mountain. When he fed it with his own blood, the mark of "Symbiosis Demon Contract" appeared on his palm - the snow fox turned into a white light ball and merged into his arm, forming a "demon pattern".
After the symbiosis, Bai Ye's meridians expanded and he successfully contracted with the second-level "Wind Eagle". The snow fox also evolved into the third-level "Fantasy Snow Fox" due to sharing the protagonist's spiritual power. The villainous leader of the "Ten Thousand Beasts Sect" discovers the secret of the symbiosis contract and wants to capture Bai Ye and extract the source of the demon contract to refine the "Ten Thousand Demons Pill". Bai Ye brought the monsters to the main altar of the Ten Thousand Beasts Sect, and used the "Symbiosis Demon Contract" to trigger the backlash of the monsters (the contract between the monsters and the sect leader was broken), exposing the sect leader's crime of using sorcery to control the monsters. In the end, Bai Ye became the leader of the Beast Control Sect, established the "Three Principles of Symbiosis" (no cruelty to beasts, no seizure of monsters, and co-evolution), creating a new era of "symbiosis and beast control".
