[The apocalypse is here. Everyone else hides in a basement, but I move straight into an RV!]
A mutation storm sweeps across the globe. Plants and animals undergo bizarre changes, and strange moss swallows the roads.
While all the other survivors crowd into fixed strongholds to fight over supplies, photographer Lu Xun drives an old RV left behind by his grandfather and activates a hidden evolution System.
[Stockpiling supplies makes it evolve? There’s something strange about this RV!]
Stockpile 100 liters of water to unlock a purification tank;
Stockpile five sets of tools to unlock a modification workbench;
And the mutation cores dropped by slain mutated monsters can upgrade the RV’s sci-fi technology again and again!
Corrosion-resistant coating, all-terrain tires, energy shields… Until one day, the RV produces its first mutation-purging cannon.
[While others risk their lives for a piece of bread, my RV has become a self-sustaining ecosystem]
“Please, I’ll trade gold for a bottle of water!”
“Boss, take me with you! I’m a mechanic and can fix cars!”
“There’s a mid-level mutated wild boar at the service area up ahead. Want to team up?”
Lu Xun looks at the supplies generated automatically inside the RV each day, then at the grotesque monsters and greedy survivors outside. He quietly shuts the reinforced doors.
Later, the mutation storm reaches its final stage, and the three major safe zones are about to close.
The stronghold leaders who once mocked him, saying, “That RV will break down sooner or later,” pound frantically on his windows.
Lu Xun simply brings up the System panel and looks at the options “Intercontinental Travel Mode” and “Expand Space to Accommodate 20 People.” He gives a faint smile.
“Now, who’s the real mobile fortress?”
