"The Rise of Kyushu" tells the legendary life of Ling Yun, who started out in the grass and rose up in the troubled times of the Kyushu continent.
In the last years of the Dayin Dynasty in the Eastern Region, corvee labor was heavy and the people were in dire straits. Lingyun, a small official in Sishui City, was in danger while escorting prisoners, so he rose up in Cangzeyuan, gathered his neighbors and recruited refugees, and formed the "Cangze Army". With the assistance of loyal and brave men such as Fan Meng and Zhou Bo, he adopted strategies and united all forces to emerge in the competition with Xiang Lie and other forces, and finally pacified the Eastern Region and established the Qin Dynasty.
After ascending the throne, Lingyun internally cultivated people's livelihood, promoted "Lingyun Law", promoted agriculture and mulberry, and Su Qingyao presided over the pacification of the people; he expanded the territory externally, sending Han Rui to expedition to Yingzhou, Wei Lin and Huo Feng to conquer Langxu in the north, Yueli united the countries in the western region, Zhang Qian opened trade routes, and Ban Chao settled the city-state. After experiencing the siege of Baishan Mountain, the decisive battle of Mobei, and the chaos of the Seven Kingdoms, it resolved internal and external troubles and promoted the integration of Kyushu civilizations.
From a refugee official to the co-owner of Kyushu, Ling Yun used his talent, strategy and perseverance to unite the divided continent into one in forty years. The Qin Dynasty he established has moved towards the prosperous age of "Kyushu has the same wind" in the inheritance, and has composed an epic about development, persistence and integration.
