"The most valuable thing in the world is not money, but the karma owed to the gods."
Story summary
Su Banxia, the real daughter of the Su family who has been living abroad for eighteen years, is back. All the celebrities in Jiang City are waiting to see this "pheasant turning into a phoenix" joke. They thought they were picking up a submissive little Taoist nun, but they didn't expect that when she opened the door of Su's house, what she held in her hand was not a DNA report identifying relatives, but an old IOU covered with dust.
The Su family wants the "spiritual land" in her hands to conduct biological experiments; the Immortality Society wants her "bloodline" to be used as a source of longevity medicine; and Su Banxia just wants to get back her grandmother's land deed and return to the mountains to continue her retirement life of getting up early to soak her feet and getting up late to listen to Buddhist scriptures.
Until the rumored tyrannical and sleepless chaebol boss Gu Wang stood guard at the door of her room like a sick wolf: "Su Banxia, if you can let me sleep for five minutes, I will tear down this Jiangcheng for you."
